2025 Message

As we embark on this new journey, I find myself reflecting on the incredible work we accomplished together in 2024. It was a year filled with challenges, progress, and remarkable achievements that would not have been possible without your steadfast commitment to the mission of Equality Global Support Foundation. Your support, collaboration, and belief in our shared vision have been the foundation upon which we continue to build.

In 2024, we reached new heights in creating safe, inclusive spaces for vulnerable communities. We expanded programs to better address the unique needs of LGBTQI newcomers, migrants, and refugees, and we deepened our efforts to serve individuals from the African, Caribbean, and Black communities. Together, we tackled critical issues such as access to healthcare, housing, and support services, while advocating for systemic change to ensure equity and dignity for all.

But there is still much work to be done.

As we move into 2025, we are guided by a renewed sense of purpose and ambition. This year, our goals are bold yet achievable with your continued dedication and partnership. We aim to:

• Expand our HIV programming to ensure newcomers and marginalized communities have access to life-saving resources and care.
• Enhance partnerships with like-minded organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to scale up our impact and extend our reach.
• Advocate for policies that break down barriers and address systemic inequalities faced by the populations we serve.
• Create platforms for dialogue, empowerment, and leadership within the communities we support, so their voices are at the forefront of change.

This ambitious agenda requires our collective effort and a shared commitment to innovation, resilience, and compassion. We must continue to ask ourselves how we can do more—how we can better serve those who rely on us and how we can create lasting, transformative change.

At EGSF, we are more than just a team; we are a family united by the belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity, equality, and opportunity. Whether you are a staff member, volunteer, partner, donor, or community ally, your contributions are invaluable to our mission. No matter how small, each action brings us closer to a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
