Victor Ogbodo

Has led multiple teams from a multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary approach to drive change and development.

Over the years, Victor has provided expertise in diversity and inclusion, grant and project management, socioeconomic research, policy analysis, and engagement geared toward policy reform in the public health, human rights, and human development sphere both locally and internationally,

I have led multiple teams from a multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary approach to drive change and development, collaborating and working with organizations like the African Union under the AUVYC, the UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNV, INCRESE, TIERs, RNW/Love Matters Naija, Media, Health Rights Initiative, and Development Aid International to name a few.

Victor is a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion with over a decade of experience working with minorities and vulnerable groups. Throughout my journey, I’ve worn multiple hats—as an activist, a trainer, and a community organizer— working tirelessly to create spaces that embrace diversity and champion the rights of minorities and vulnerable groups.

I worked in Africa, particularly in Nigeria, where I’ve had the privilege of designing and implementing interventions and programs tailored to the unique needs of minorities and vulnerable persons. It’s been a profound journey marked by resilience, passion, and a commitment to fostering positive change.

Recently, I embarked on a new chapter, making Canada my home. This move isn’t just geographical; it’s a strategic step to expand my horizons and contribute to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) landscape. I am eager to leverage my rich background to contribute my little quota in the DEI sector.

As I navigate this exciting transition, I’m open to connecting with like-minded individuals, organizations, and opportunities that share a vision of a more inclusive world. Let’s collaborate, learn from each other, and collectively contribute to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion on a global scale.
